Job Summary
Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Nephrology team to deliver both inpatient and outpatient care on our Wilkes Barre Campus.
Job Duties
Prior Nephrology training is not required, we will teach the successful candidate the skills needed to work collaboratively/ semi-independently with our providers. Our primary goal is to attract a candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced inpatient/outpatient environment with a team-based approach. The department provides comprehensive Nephrology subspecialty services including: inpatient evaluation of acute kidney injury (AKI), critical care consultation, continuous dialysis, acute and chronic dialysis, outpatient management of kidney disease, and postoperative/long-term management of kidney transplant recipients.

Bachelor's Degree-Physician Assistant (Required), Master's Degree-Physician Assistant (Preferred)
