The primary function of the Experienced Fit Booker is to independently manage and grow a designated roster of fit models and client accounts, with responsibility for securing and maximizing paid bookings, maintaining strong client and model relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the Fit Department.

The Experienced Fit Booker is expected to have a strong understanding of the fit modeling industry, client needs, model specifications, casting and booking processes, and the ability to make informed, strategic decisions with minimal supervision. This position requires someone who can confidently manage competing priorities, anticipate client and model needs, develop new business, and serve as a knowledgeable and trusted representative of the agency.

Administrative:

• Independently manage day-to-day client and model relationships, bookings, schedules, go-sees, and submissions.
• Match models to client requests based on specifications, sizing needs, booking history, client preferences, and knowledge of each model.
• Prepare and submit model packages, portfolios, spec sheets, and other materials to clients.
• Manage bookings from initial inquiry through confirmation, completion, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client, model, booking, and scheduling information in CRMs, calendars, and internal systems.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and booking issues efficiently and professionally.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat bookings.

Model Management & Development

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of assigned models, including measurements, specifications, fit categories, availability, experience, and client feedback.
• Measure and update model specifications regularly and maintain accurate model records, files, portfolios, and digitals.
• Oversee a designated roster of models and work strategically to maximize their booking opportunities.
• Participate in model scouting, interviews, digitals, and other talent development initiatives.
• Build strong, professional relationships with models and provide guidance regarding bookings and client expectations.
• Monitor casting inquiries and identify potential new fit talent.
• Coordinate and/or attend scouting events as needed.
• Train and mentor junior staff on departmental systems and booking procedures.

Sales & Business Development

• Take ownership of increasing bookings and revenue for assigned models and accounts.
• Proactively research and develop new client relationships through outreach, networking, and industry research.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, new accounts, and expanded client relationships.
• Maintain management awareness of significant client leads and business opportunities.
• Recommend and implement strategies to increase model utilization, client retention, bookings, and profitability.
• Represent the agency professionally in all client, model, and industry interactions.

WORK SCHEDULE & EXPECTATIONS

• This role requires in-office presence at least three days per week. Specific days may be determined by team or departmental needs.
• Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Any schedule changes must be pre-approved by management.
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend scouting events, client meetings, or industry events is expected.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 4+ years of relevant experience in fit modeling, talent booking, modeling agencies, fashion, apparel, production, casting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fit modeling, measurements, specifications, sizing, and booking processes.
• Experience independently managing models, client relationships, bookings, and/or accounts.
• Proven ability to build client relationships, generate new business, and increase bookings.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, resourceful, proactive, diplomatic, discreet, and approachable.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and changing schedules calmly and efficiently.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills, including the ability to train and mentor others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with CRM or talent management systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and social media is a plus.
